Classes for Children:

Our weekend classes are designed to help children learn the Chinese language, with the understanding of prior after school commitments. Beginner to advanced levels are offered throughout the year. Classes are held every Saturday from 10am-12pm in the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.

Classes for Adults:

We offer classes in a small group setting, designed for people interested in learning the language and history of China. Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm-3:30pm throughout each semester. To register click here.

Chinese Language Classes schedule for Fall 2016

Time:

Saturday 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Sunday 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Location: Tulane Uptown Campus.

From September 3rd - December 11th.  

Online Classes:

Online courses are offered to learn both the Chinese and English languages. Students will be responsible for engaging with a textbook as we simultaneously offer homework support through a chat partner, valuable materials, and more. This is a fantastic way to engage when balancing an already busy schedule. Try it out!

2016 Summer In July Study Chinese Language in China

The Short-term Chinese Training Program aims to improve learners' Chinese language and Chinese culture in a short period of time. The duration of short-term program will be 3 weeks with 18-20 hours per week. Students from elementary to advance enroll.

Program description

The program takes use of the summer time to teach Chinese language as main part and also have some Chinese characteristic cultural experiences. It can provide quality educational opportunity for the people who want to understand Chinese culture and learn Chinese.

(2) Location

New Campus of Zhengzhou University in High-tech Zone Zhengzhou

(3) Time Arrangement:

From beginning -July to later of July every year (no more than three weeks)

Note: The specific time will be published by the University.

(4) Hours Arrangement

The program lasts 1-3 weeks and 20 hours every week, so it has 20-60 hours in total.

(5) Lessons Arrangement

Primary Chinese and Secondary Chinese Classes

(6) Teaching Features

We use a modular teaching material to rapidly increase the listening and speaking skills in Chinese

(7) Cultural Experiences

Two times every week, including the calligraphy classes, martial arts activities, Chinese arts experiences, Chinese food cooking, shopping and parties with Chinese students, visiting Chinese Families and touring Henan Museum, etc.

(8) Class Size

This program will be offered only when the student number is more than 5.
